FREE WELL BEING RESOURCES

The past 6 months have been incredibly difficult and we have all been affected in one way or another. As we continue on with our ‘new normal’ and find ourselves entering another lockdown, your mental health and wellbeing is really important. I have put together a resource for you below to support you through these uncertain times, with some resources suitable to use with your children.  Many of the resources listed below are free to access.

Usborne Books
Usborne have created ‘The Unworry Book’ to support adults and children who are anxious. The following link provides lots of free resources linked to this book.

These books have been written by children’s author, Charlotte Olson who writes about her own autism journey.  These books can be used to support children  when confronted with new experiences which they may find challenging.

Isabella and Us
Emma Cottam runs Isabelle and Us which can be found on Facebook. Emma talks about mental health for mums, self care and wellbeing. She has a free podcast aimed at mums called ‘Positive Wellbeing Podcast for Mums’. She also has lots of resources over on her instagram page.
Along with this, she also produces a Mums magazine which focuses on Self Care, wellbeing and motherhood (£5 per magazine)
